Your Relationship Myths - 10 "dangerous" myths

Almost everyone I know has a reconveived idea about relationship. Sadly most of the ideas they have is due to "information" that is "pass-it" on due to trials and errors of someone we know besides our parents.

So, stop being a SABOTAGEUR to your own relationship. Below are 10 myths that you should sit up and take notice..... if you want a great relationship with your partner....

  1. only 2 people of great minds can have a great relationship (.....in your dreams. Think like that and you'll never have a great relationship with anyone)
  2. only great romance can give you long-lasting relationship (.....wow.....where have you been hiding all this while? under the welll....wake-up)
  3. if you are a problem solver, you are guaranteed to have a great relationship (....if this is really true.....boy, there's a lot of unhappy and problematic people in the world...)
  4. you can only have a great relationship if you and your partner has a common interest (....life will definitely be boring.......)
  5. a fantastic relationship is "quarrel" free (......do you actually believe this?......)
  6. a strong and binding relationship allows you to vent all your feelings (......do you like it if you are the receiving end of someone who vents everything to......? duh...)
  7. sex has got nothing to do with a bonding relationship (.....wow.....this is unbelievable....)
  8. a "flawless" partner equals to a fantastic relationship (.....not unless your partner is a robot.... find me a "flawless" partner....he...he)
  9. to make a relationship work, there is always right and wrong (....this is totally outrageous.....even pronouncing the word "tomato" has variations.....)
  10. a relationship can only work out if both partners are thinking in the same wavelength (.....don't know about you but I find this "suffocating".....I constantly need new ideas to keep me motivated.....)

So, that's the 10 myths that I call "sabotageur" to every relationship. Having a relationship needs the understanding, commitment, love and many more things........
